Fair use policy
Itzi Select is designed for normal interactive chat and API use by one account holder. The policy below keeps limited shared capacity available to everyone with an active plan.

Normal use
Regular personal and professional prompts, long conversations, coding sessions, roleplay, and use through compatible clients are welcome within the plan limits.
Unattended or continuous traffic
Continuous automated traffic, round-the-clock workloads, account sharing, reselling, or behavior intended to occupy capacity without normal human interaction may be limited or reviewed.
Temporary capacity
Included models can return a temporary capacity error during unusual demand. You can retry later or enable the separate PAYG-on-error option where available.
Enforcement
We may contact the account holder, reduce access, or end a subscription in cases of clear abuse. Attempts to bypass limits, share access, resell access, or conceal continuous unattended traffic can result in immediate suspension. We consider usage patterns and context before taking action.
Plan changes
Model availability and operational limits may change. Material changes to an active 30-day purchase will be communicated when practical.
