These terms are an agreement between you and Itzi for use of the website, application, compatible APIs and related services. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

These terms apply when you browse Itzi, create an account, use a model or tool, call an API, or purchase usage. If you use Itzi for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Provide accurate registration information and keep passwords, recovery codes, sessions and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe the account or a credential has been compromised.

Features and model availability can change as the product and its underlying infrastructure evolve. AI output is generated probabilistically and can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. Review important output before relying on it. Itzi is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

• Do not use Itzi to break the law, violate rights, deceive or facilitate abuse.
• Do not distribute malware, exploit minors, enable non-consensual sexual content, or create instructions intended to cause serious harm.
• Do not probe or bypass security, rate limits, access controls, usage accounting or safety systems without written authorization.
• Do not overload, scrape, resell or automate the service in a way that disrupts normal use or avoids an applicable commercial agreement.
• Do not use content that you lack the right to upload, process or share.

You retain the rights you hold in prompts, uploads and other content. You grant Itzi the limited rights needed to host, transmit, process and display that content to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. Feedback may be used to improve Itzi without payment or an obligation of confidentiality.

Itzi and its original software, interface, text, graphics and branding are owned by their respective operator or licensors. These terms do not transfer any trademark, copyright or other intellectual-property right to you. Third-party models and materials remain subject to their own applicable rights.

Subscription plans provide a usage allowance that refills every seven days. Unused included allowance expires at the next refill. Prepaid usage credit is consumed after included allowance and does not expire. The price, allowance and plan period shown before purchase form part of your order. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider and are not stored by Itzi.

Cancellation stops future renewal and does not erase your Itzi account or prepaid balance. Refund requests are reviewed by support and are granted when required by applicable law or when we determine that the service was not provided as promised. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory withdrawal, refund or consumer right that applies to you.

We may maintain, change or discontinue features and may limit or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address non-payment or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes that affect paid access. We may remove content or close accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.

Third-party models, tools and websites can have their own terms and availability. To the extent permitted by law, Itzi is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or decisions made without appropriate review of AI output. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

If you are a consumer, you continue to benefit from mandatory protections and courts available under the law of your country of residence. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. Updated terms will show a new date and version. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required.
